Second Annual Winter Warm-Up

The AIS Group and the Hog Island Oyster Co. are pleased to bring you our 2nd annual Winter Warm-Up!

On February 26th from 5 to 8 PM, The AIS Group and the Hog Island Oyster Co. will be hosting our 2nd annual client appreciation event. Last year's party was a tremendous success, and we're convinced this year's party will be bigger and better than the last.

The Winter Warm-Up will be held at the Hog Island Oyster Co. bar located at the north end of The San Francisco Ferry Building. The menu will be oysters, oysters, and more oysters, raw and baked, along with the best grilled cheese sandwich you've ever tasted, and of course, plenty of beer and wine.

Due to our fantastic turnout last year, we have reserved the entire bar this time, and we need you to fill it! So please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than February 19th.

The Hog Island Oyster Co. has been the Bay Area's haven for artisan producers and oyster devotees alike since 1983. At the bar, patrons can enjoy delicious Hog Island oysters and traditional wines while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Bay. The scenery paired with their plump, succulent Hog Island oysters make for an oyster experience unlike any other.

Oysters Rockefeller with spinach, Pernod, and cream
Oysters Langosta with lobster, house-preserved lemon, cilantro and butter
Oysters Fungi with wild foraged mushrooms and sage

Served with assorted Acme breads, fruit and seasoned nuts

with Fromage Blanc, Mezzo Secco and Cave-aged Gruyere served with house-made pickles
