The AIS Group wants to support you. Our support team has access to private technical support databases as well as a vast collective knowledge of real life scenarios. Until software is 100% self-tuning, self-correcting, and installed on 100% reliable hardware, you will need support.
We've structured our support offerings to augment, not replace, the support options that are available from software vendors. The AIS Group provides personalized service coupled with geographic proximity for quick response times. Since we strive to cater to each client's needs, we're able to offer either monthly support plans or hourly support.
Sometimes, the chemistry between client and consultant just isn't there. It happens to the best of both parties. If you've been "orphaned" by your existing consultants, we may be able to offer you a flat-fee, incident-based support plan, or hourly support. Prior to accepting such an engagement, we'll be happy to discuss your implementation history and your organization's support needs.
